Vehicle Fire

At approximatley 12:43pm, Bricksville Fire was dispatched to an abandoned vehicle on fire on the side of the NYS Adirondack Northway. Engine 325 and Engine 326 responded to the incident. Upon arrival they found the car in a ditch and fully involved. Crews from Engine 326 deployed an attack line and began to fight the fire. Crews from Engine 325 aided in the operation. The severe temperature made this call even more miserable. It was roughly 98*F when crews began to fight the fire. It took Bricksville 20 minutes to extinguish the fire.
